Make your Turkey Perky!
What a week! Loving the holidays so far! More time to get together with friends and family! This week it is soooo important to stay on track with your diet! Yes, of course it's ok to indulge, but at the same time we can't just throw away all the hard work from the rest of the year. Every Thanksgiving house makes a salad right? ok so LOAD UP ON SALAD!!! DRINK LOTS OF WATER! Have some fresh juice before you head out to your family dinner to keep your tummy a little full before you eat. I still haven't decided if I will have a piece of Turkey or not. I don't really want to but we will see. Don't skip the gym!!!!! I missed yoga today because I feel like I am getting a cold and my body needed some rest but I am thinking of doing a yoga DVD at home. So many germs out there!!! Wash your hands and drink lots of fluids! About to juice some grapefruits! Remember Santa will be asking you soon if you are naughty or nice! If you are going to indulge just at least skip the desser...
