Mono Eating

Talk about extreme. One day I'm totally off the wagon and then I am into mono eating. So in case you don't know, cause I recently discovered what this is, mono eating is when you eat one type of food per meal, For example if you eat a bunch of bananas for breakfast. The whole idea behind it is to keep everything really simple so your body has an easy time digesting it. You will also know when you are full because you will quickly feel signals (my thoughts are you just get bored lol) So I heard about this on "raw synergy" a beautiful young woman on you tube who's channel i follow, who also referred me to Dr. Morse. If you have time check out his videos on youtube he seems pretty awesome! It's pretty difficult to get used to this concept so I am starting out with just doing it for breakfast. Today I had some melons. It really keeps you full but remember all of this is mental so it only works if you truly believe in it and that's the best motivation.
