STOP IT!
Stop what? Eating cereal! yes you! ok so I know what you are thinking, my cereal is good for me I eat Cheerios, I eat kashi, my cereal is from whole foods...It's still cereal and I guarantee you (99%) that it is full of SUGAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cereal is not healthy! I live with two people that eat "healthy" honey bunches of oats and sepcial K every freaking morning with nonfat milk or lactaid and tell me they are eating "healthy" and it drives me crazy! Ahh glad I got that out! ok so don't get me wrong a bowl of cereal is like crack, I get it, you wanna get the box and start reading it while you eat and watch your cartoons right? remind you of something? yes childhood! well guess what our moms didn't know how bad cereal was for us! If they did they wouldn't be feeding it to us with nasty milk every day! Oh you don't think milk is nasty??? we need to really have a talk then! Anyways so if you are like me and really enjoy eating cereal every now and then (that doesn't mean every single day people) here is how I get my "cereal fix." First I start off by filling 1/2 of the bowl with berries or any other fruit you like, then I add some Go Raw Gronola (I heard about this from www.Leansecrets.com) and instead of milk I use almond milk or my new found love Hemp milk. ok so its not gonna taste like Lucky Charms or coco puff I'm not gonna lie, but I tested it out on my dad (who btw doesnt like any of my "healthy" food and isn't shy about letting me know) and he actually said it wasnt that bad. Now dont go eating like a bag of this because it is high in calories but just to get your fix I would say maybe once a week you are allowed to eat this if you are really craving cereal. Ok go have fun! Btw they sell it at Whole foods but its in the RAW section not in the cereal section, took me a while to find it. Good luck.
