Day 1 Juicing

I decided to do a juice fast as a way to get myself back on the right path. Here is what I had for breakfast..

  bag of carrots
  parsley
  apple
  spinach
  grapefruit
  orange

I'm watching Fat sick and nearly dead for motivation. Let's see how many days I can go =)

As far as how I feel..it's about  2 in the afternoon...i feel extremely full and my energy level is definitely up. Feeling very positive =)
