Juicing Slow

Day 1 Juice fast. Done. Piece of cake! (just don't eat it!) ok so I did it I feel great, I am pretty excited about this! Definitely going to keep track of everything that I drink to make sure I am getting the right amounts of proteins,carbs etc. So here we go...

I drink a bottle of water before each juice I will buy FIGI  water ASAP ...need to drink lots of water during this! using a straw helps me drink stuff including water ...

along with the apple and mango (which I realized barely has any  juice) few cherries, 2 figs and a huge grapefruit=Breakfast

downed some water then more juice, celery,entire romaine lettuce (didn't end up using the kale) cucumber ,baby zucchini (they were on the verge of going bad) cilantro and colorful peppers 

beautiful juice oh btw I am drinking 80 oz a day  total, I had some ginger tea  when I went to reiki and then some water on the way home 

late night dinner OMG its like the LAKERS COLORS lol! apple, carrots and purple cabbage 


I feel full I am pretty surprised at this..lets see how day 2 goes...peeing alot obviously hope I'm getting rid of all the toxins soon! =)))

oh also I went to reiki it was a cool experience but don't think I allowed the full experience to happen....detoxing is about mind and spirit as well so I will work on myself through meditation, prayer and breathing exercises
