late night snack

So I made it through the day of breakfast lunch and dinner and no snacking in between. I went to nike training club which was really challenging. I think it's the most I've ever sweat at the gym my entire life! I still have some pain on the side of my face and I am trying to take it easy, hoping it will go away soon. After class I showered and passed out because I was so drained. I also have been kind of low on energy which is normal considering my mood this week. It's passed midnight and I should get up early tomorrow for an interview in the morning but the nap I took earlier is keeping me up. I made myself a protein shake with almond milk, banana and protein powder (in previous posts). I finished the bottle of protein powder and I will probably take a break from drinking the powder and also almond milk. Even though this drink is all natural I am exploring more basic foods that provide protein like bulgur and kale =) I miss watching my youtube informative videos on eating right etc. so I will stay up a little longer and rest up for tomorrow. It's Friday so I will cheer up hopefully.
