sleepy weepy
it's finally cooling down in LOS angelos but this weather is making me want to sleep ALL DAY!
trying to get back into the healthy living cycle ..went to whole foods and bought some fruits and vegetables. coconut water, brown rice bread and almond milk. I realise that RAW is very challenging and that I can not jump into it. I need to first take the step of eating vegan, then maybe juice fasting and then i can go on to RAW? I can't go from pizza and fries to RAW. not in the writing mood today but wanted to check in and let you guys know where my head's at. NAMASTE
