bACK TO THE grind?
Wednesday JAnuary 2nd officially getting back to my healthy ways. Ready to head out to Vegas with my BFF. Vegas is probably not the best place to start a resolution of health but when you put your mind to something you can do it no matter what the circumstances. I started out this morning with a yummy shake which included the following
2 frozen bananas
almond milk
cocoa seeds (which I recently found out aren't that great for you so once I finish the bag I am done)
gogi berries
raw oatmeal
for snacks on the road I packed one sweet and one savory snack
sweet- red appples with cinnamon
savory- green apple with lots of lemon and a dash of salt (salt is not ok)
let's see if I can stick to the plan.
Viva Las Vegas!
oh PS taking a break from the gym until I fully recover from slipping and hurting my knee and elbow don't think I can wait to long so I will probably go back to yoga and Pilates to take it slow but Tuesday back to boot camp!
