so why am I in such a good mood when its freezing outside??? I am so proud of myself! I have stuck to my vegan lifestyle the entire week!!!!!!!!!!!! I have also started to drink a large bottle of water every morning pre breakfast. This has become a new habit along with drinking dandelion tea before bed. It has been a bit challenging getting "full" with vegan food but this has pushed me to find more recopies and get creative. Beans are definitely this weeks get full meal! I do admit I did cheat once this week by drinking some sake. The clear kind seemed ok but then I had a sugarfilled flavored one :/ I was at a dinner party and was a little tough to say no since the host made every dish vegan especially for me =) Hopefully no cheating next week. During the holidays I was putting alot of honey in my teas and I also stopped that completely. I came up with a rule for myself. Vegan 100% at home and 90% socially. Be really careful with that 10% please! I dont mean a hamburger!!!!! maybe a little sushi here and there? I am still trying to figure out how I will avoid eating sushi with friends which I loooooooooooooooove. Maybe stick to salmon sashimi? Let's hope we don't go to sushi anytime soon lol. I am definitely a big fan of seafood but I really want to do this 100% My goal for 2014 is to become 100% RAW VEGAN. I can't wait for summer!!!!!!!!!!! Vegan and winter together is a little bit challenging I must say !!! Soup really helps though. So here is what I have been eating all week.

White bean soup
lentil soup
black bean dip with lettuce cups
salad
avocado
hemp seeds
fruits
any veggies like chomp on some yummy colorful bell peppers

next week I want to start making more quinoa
more salads
need more veggies!!!!!!!!!!!

juicing more greens !!!!!

Go outside and get some sun today!
