Win Wednesday
what do I win? a new car? jk so I am calling today win Wed. because I made it! I made it through the first 10 days of not eating any dairy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! claps claps claps! For my male readers please put on some earmuffs or sunglasses? hehe just skip to the next paragraph. So not eating dairy and mostly sticking to fruits and vegetables has take away 99% of my cramps (don't say I didn't warn you boys) So we all know that every month is different but I don't know if it's pure coincidence or it's my dietary changes. Wow I made it through without taking a single advil or even needing a heating pad. I did feel weak and not completely comfortable but compared to what I normally go through this was definitely a huge improvement. AWESOME! Let's see how it goes next month, I will keep you posted.
Hi again boys, ok so here is what I have been eating so far.
For breakfast I usually like to start out with a juice or a smoothie but if I am really starving and can't wait I'll just eat a banana. I do admit it's been a little challenging keeping me full but I am still starting to get used to the idea of eating all of this fruit and more veggies. Soups and salads for lunch. I did eat out once and had sushi with white rice and some sake..I am still trying to figure that part out. Meat and chicken has been a piece of cake (ahh cake lol) but I do love seafood. I have 100% stayed away from dairy with on exception I have a feeling there's gotta be some mayo in spicy tuna right? Other than that I haven't had any bread..mostly really just fruit and veggies. So I was doing really great until I went to Costco and found these crackers

so ya it says brown rice blah blah blah. ok yes it's not like it's a Ritz cracker (almost as salty though yikes) yes this has some really great ingredients but I definitely think of this as a cheat . I almost ate the whole bag! it's still in a bag! It's not made from the earth...I wanted to rip the bag and finish the whole thing so those are all clues that it's full of sugar somehow! so yes this is high in bad carbs in my opinion. This is still junk food people!
The thing about fruits and vegetables that is soooo awesome is, once you are full you just stop. Eating a bag of crackers is not normal or healthy! Eating a bunch of fruit and then noticing that your body says thank you I am done now is. So what have we learned today kids?
Dairy= bad
anything in a bag= bad
fruits + veggies= good
anything from the earth=good
the more you eat healthy the less you crave these nasty foods that are messing up your body, skin and mind!
oh and don't forget your H20
