Skinny Bitchin Advice
Even though it seems very basic...Don't eat until you are truly hungry!...Sometimes we just eat in the morning because that's what you are supposed to do...but if you still feel full from last night, let your body finish digesting and it will definitely let you know when you are ready to eat. I never drink enough water, so I'm going to put some fresh mint and lemon (both from my parent's garden) in a big pitcher and try to drink it by the end of the day. I love to start off the day with some dandelion tea. Since I am no longer putting sugar in my drinks I need to drink teas that are full of flavor. This is a great one because it tastes a little nutty (kinda like me) Another awesome one is Celestial Seasonings, I can't recall the name but all their teas are bursting with flavor ..I promise you a week of drinking these teas and you will get used to drinking them without sugar. I like to buy a variety pack so I don't get bored, which also includes the "Sleepy Time" tea which is great to unwind with before bedtime.
