Pleasant and Comforting Naptime
I forgot to mention that I lost more weight today! I'm looking forward to weighing myself again tomorrow..I did go to sushi for lunch which was kind of scary because I am so used to eating lots of rice when I go. But, it was great! I had an albacore salad and salmon sashimi with lemon and a little bit of salt (Cheater!!!)...for dinner I had this yummy Fattoush salad with lemon and Sumac, an herb used to give a "lemony" flavor ( I thought I was the only one that used that word but I read it on wikepedia!) My mom makes it with toasted Pita Bread (usually from leftover bread that's about to go stale) but I asked her to put mine in a separate bowl without the extra carbs...
I added avocado to give it some extra flavor, the greens are purslane, lots of chopped green onions, tomatoes,green bell peppers ,cucumber,mint and sumac sprinkled on top. (she also used olive oil and salt which makes it yummier but I still loved my version)
I'm having chamomile tea and I think it's working! I'm getting really sleepy .........
