It's Friday!
TGIF! Have had a busy week and haven't really worked out much since gym has been closed. This is really effecting my mood and focus along with the help of lovely hormones. Feeling better today though since it's FRIDAY and happiness is in the air =)

| colorful bell peppers are a great snack because they taste good and are crunchy ..I like to have them washed and ready so I don't have any excuse not to eat them |

| I love this stuff..they carry them at starbucks now and ask for the $1 off coupon I like the green one (lowest calorie) kinda pricey but better than having coffee and kinda keeps you full |
