It's Friday!

TGIF! Have had a busy week and haven't really worked out much since gym has been closed. This is really effecting my mood and focus along with the help of lovely hormones. Feeling better today though since it's FRIDAY and happiness is in the air =)
Chin Chin Chinese chicken salad with light dressing option no crunchies no chicken yum! I couldn't believe that this was good for me cause it tasted sooooo good! 

so this didn't taste as delicious cold so i decided to blend it ...

dates are addictive and watch out full of sugar!

colorful bell peppers are a great snack because  they taste good and are crunchy ..I like to have them washed  and ready so I don't have any excuse not to eat them

I love this stuff..they carry them at starbucks now and ask for the $1 off coupon I like the green one (lowest calorie)  kinda  pricey but better than having coffee and kinda keeps you full  

this is called "he passed out when he ate it" really! Ok so I don't normally like eggplant but this tasted amazing! think my mom put lots of salt in it cause I could eat the whole thing! eggplant, tomatoes, olive oil and onions....delicious!

mushrooms are soo good for you! we should be eating them every day...I tried adding this to the vegetables to make mushroom soup but it tasted soo bad that I ended up throwing it out =( I'm still learning ..my mom suggsted adding lemon juice to keep mushrooms from turning black but I was supposed to do that way in the beginning not when I tasted the soup...ughhh terrible
