Good Evening! (Dracula voice) lol ..so today I used the blow dry technique I learned on you tube and it worked =) pretty amazing what you can learn on youtube! I had lunch with a friend at Laurel Tavern in Studio City, which is more of a bar in the evenings. I ordered the artichoke and a  chopped salad with no cheese, it had corn which made it kinda sweet and yummy. After lunch I rushed to the gym but my gym buddy was stuck in traffic so I suggested we go to the park for a nice walk around the lake instead. I was looking forward to the gym, especially since I missed class on Tuesday, but sometimes you really need to go with the flow.During class I don't really get to talk to my friend, this way we saw some scenery and had a nice chat. I came home starving, I had dinner plans at 9 but I couldn't wait. I heated up some homemade pasta sauce leftover from the night before (parents dinner) measured a cup of whole wheat pasta and boiled it while I ate the fatoush salad. I added lentils to it to add some iron. honestly the dressing was the same one I had made the other day :/ and I had to force myself to eat it =( Without adding cheese or salt...the pasta tasted pretty dull so it wasn't even worth "cheating" ... I found one that is 100% whole wheat...I know now there's this whole wheat allergy thing going on but I figured it's better than white pasta which is what my mom made...
